CCS Address Correction
We let you know last quarter that our address had changed according to the Yongsan-Gu Post Office. Unfortunately we were missing an important detail.
Here is the corrected address:
Shin Heung Ro 26-Gil 20
Yongsan Gu, Seoul, South Korea 140-833
Our former address will be permitted up through the end of 2012.
Results of the Elementary Coin Drive
Your generosity blessed so many over Christmas! Mr. and Mrs. Iliff went to Panglao over the break with the Sullivan family. They were thrilled to be able to bless the people there with these funds. The entire amount was used to:
- ship reading curriculum to Doljo Elementary School
- provide dinner for 50 teens at a Christmas Island-wide Youth Gathering
-
make gifts of 200 toothbrushes for children in Doljo fishing village
- give a native pastor medicine after a serious motorcycle accident
- buy a pastor’s grandbaby medicine while in the hospital for dehydration
- purchase 10 more plastic chairs for a house church of 60
- help to sponsor a youth camp at one of the churches
- assist a Christian family with an emergency appendectomy for their child
Once again, families at CCS have listened to God and carried His love to a foreign place. Your giving hearts have impacted over 700 people for Jesus! The missionaries, pastors, and churches on Panglao Island expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the assistance.
From Mr. Dyck and the IT Department:
We are upgrading many of the computers in our main computer lab with faster processors and more RAM. We are also adding nearly 20 Windows7 PCs in our smaller lab on the 5th floor! We now have more than 40 Windows7 PCs running solely for the use of our students!
